Lincoln Park 2520 is a joint venture between RMI Development LLC and General Electric Pension Trust. The development is the first new high-rise condominium project to come to Lakeview Ave.

Buyers will be able to choose from 314 condominiums and 13 townhomes. The $314 million project will be completed by 2009, and preconstruction sales are currently underway.
